Everything you need in under one minute

  1. Choose a standard rectangular flushable wipe pack.
  2. Use a clean, dry, smooth, non-porous mounting surface.
  3. Press firmly on all suction points for 10–15 seconds.
  4. Close both lids fully after loading and after each use.

Will your wipe pack fit?

Loo is designed for standard rectangular flushable wipe packs—approximately 42-count.

Best fit

Standard rectangular flushable wipe packs, approximately 42-count.

Not compatible

56-count or extra-thick packs, XL flushable wipes, and large baby-wipe packs.

Quick fixes

Troubleshooting

It will not stay mounted.

Use a clean, dry, smooth, non-porous surface such as porcelain, glass, a mirror, or smooth ceramic tile. Press firmly on all suction points for 10–15 seconds.

The main lid will not close.

The wipe pack may be too large or extra-thick. Use a standard rectangular flushable wipe pack, approximately 42-count.

My wipes are drying out.

Make sure the small dispensing lid is fully closed after every use and that the main lid is fully latched.

Can I use baby wipes?

Large baby-wipe packs are not compatible. Loo is designed for standard rectangular flushable wipe packs.
